Duties & Responsibilities:
· Have a strong knowledge of the company and what the company offers
· Welcome any visitors to the company and log appropriate visitor information
· Receive incoming calls and forward to the proper department as necessary
· Manage data and complete data entry into correct software systems
· Manage confidential information in compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies
· Prepare and set up for various meetings
· Maintain a list of supplies and re-ordering status and provide the information to the appropriate department
· Assist with maintaining a neat and clean environment
· Assist with any other duties assigned by various department managers
Specifications/Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Strong organizational methods, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Professional and effective communication skills
· Ability to abide by confidentiality regulations
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player
· Ability to adjust to company and department needs as they evolve
· Must be dependable, punctual, and proactive
· Must be comfortable with using company software, Microsoft 365, including excel, word, and power point, and one drive

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to various temperatures, including extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. This position may require an employee to be on the production floor at times. Eye protection in the form of approved safety glasses with side shields or approved safety goggles are required when on the production floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud and may require hearing protection to be worn in the work area. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) can be provided.

- Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 25 lbs. unaided
- Ability to stand and sit for entire shift
- Ability to occasionally kneel, crouch, bend or extend reach as required to perform tasks
