About the role.
Are you looking for good pay, excellent benefits, career growth, and project variety to work on (something different each day)? Here are projects we currently have, one week, Data center service work, another, major equipment changeout, then another full service, then new construction or retrofit projects. Working as a trusted technician, not a facility maintenance rotation or vendor go-between.
Equipment you'll be working on
- Commercial boilers
- Rooftop units (RTUs)
- Water source heat pumps
- System charging using the new R454B refrigerant
- Electrical and controls systems — single and three phase
Key responsibilities
- Work on the Project Team as apart of the new HVAC Equipment division for retrofit projects
- Perform service calls, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues
- Perform compressor, motor, and component replacements
- Work directly on equipment without relying on outside vendors
- Communicate findings clearly with internal teams and customers
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair background who would like a career and advancement path
- Experience with commercial RTUs (20+ tons) - with Changeout experience
- Very strong electrical and controls knowledge — single and three phase
- Familiarity with R454B refrigerant charging
- Ability to work independently in the field
Licenses & certifications
- EPA Universal certification - Required
- Valid driver's license - Required

Experience:
- RTU, VRF, VFD, Chiller: 3 years (Required)
- Startup and Commissioning: 3 years (Required)
- RTU and or Full Compressor changeout: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- EPA Universal Certification (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Riverdale, GA 30296 (Preferred)
