Job Summary: Autofit Inc is a leading autobody parts store specializing in providing high-quality automotive parts and accessories to customers nationwide. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right autobody parts, providing product information, and driving sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Ideal Candidate:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and sales calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in identifying their autobody parts needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and availability to customers.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency
