Ghost Town Speakeasy and Restaurant 1846 are seeking experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused Bartenders and Mixologists to join our opening team.
Located in the historic 1846 building in downtown Greenville, our concepts include an upscale restaurant, craft cocktail speakeasy, private events, and live entertainment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and delivering high-quality beverages in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare premium cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide exceptional guest service and hospitality
- Recommend cocktails, spirits, wine, and food pairings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Process guest transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory control and bar preparation
- Ensure compliance with all TABC regulations
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required
- Craft cocktail knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in upscale dining, lounges, or cocktail bars is a plus

Compensation
$25.00 – $50.00 per hour including tips
Top performers may earn significantly more during busy weekends, holidays, and private events.
