Must Haves
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Flexible schedule – available for occasional evening and overnight work when projects require it
- Pre-employment drug screening – must pass a drug screening test before beginning employment

- Ability to lift and carry equipment, materials, and tools weighing 50+ pounds

- Professional appearance and demeanor – our customers should be confident having you work in their facility
- Speaks English
- Experience in concrete polishing, construction, flooring, coatings, or a related trade is preferred; training will be provided
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Role
Concrete Floor Polishing Technician
Duties
- Perform concrete grinding, polishing, and surface preparation services for commercial and industrial customers
- Operate concrete grinders, polishers, vacuums, and other specialty flooring equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with concrete staining, sealing, densifying, and floor restoration projects
- Prepare work areas and maintain a clean, safe job site
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites
- Log time, materials, and project updates accurately on mobile work orders
- Work with team members to provide 100% customer satisfaction
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain equipment properly
- Complete projects according to company quality standards and customer expectations
Work Hours
- Monday–Friday, primarily normal business hours
- Occasional evening, overnight, or extended-hour projects may be required based on customer schedules
- Saturdays and Sundays are generally off unless special project needs arise

To be successful in this position you must have the desire to serve your team members and the customer while having high expectations of organization and cleanliness. You must also enjoy working outside and working with your hands. This includes wanting to arrive early to review work orders and prepare for the job, problem-solving on site, communicating extra details, and staying later than expected when unforeseen circumstances arise.
