Salary Range:$80,000 – $105,000 per year based on experience and billable hours

Channel ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our growing team across Central Pennsylvania.
This is an opportunity to work in a clinician-led, trauma-informed ABA organization that prioritizes quality care, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs/BHTs in accordance with IBHS standards
Provide caregiver training and support
Deliver services across home, school, center, and community settings
Maintain timely, audit-ready documentation
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in IBHS-required meetings and care coordination
Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) – Pennsylvania
Meets IBHS Behavior Specialist requirements
Experience supervising RBTs or BHT staff
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with functional analysis, PFA/SBT, or skills-based treatment
Background in trauma-informed or assent-based care
Experience in home, school, and/or clinic settings
