Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated, creative, and organized person to join the Marketing Team of our restaurant company, operating over 20 restaurants in Miami Beach. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, marketing, and event management who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing strategies across all restaurant locations.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and special events for our restaurant concepts.
- Organize and manage private events, brand activations, grand openings, seasonal events, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with clients, vendors, influencers, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers, kitchen teams, and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences during events.
- Manage social media content, promotional calendars, and online presence across multiple restaurant brands.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and external agencies to create engaging marketing content.
- Monitor campaign and event performance, preparing reports and recommendations for future improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, events, and communication channels.
- Stay up to date with hospitality, marketing, and event industry trends.

Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Previous experience in marketing, event planning, hospitality, or restaurant management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Experience knowledge of Canva, Excel , Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
