We are looking for an experienced and passionate Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching dance techniques, choreography, and performance. The successful candidate will be able to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful dancers. The Dance Instructor must be able to create a safe and encouraging learning environment while also providing feedback and guidance to help students reach their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Teach students proper dance technique and terminology.
- Demonstrate dance steps and movements to students.
- Provide feedback to students on their progress.
- Design and implement lesson plans that are tailored to the needs of each student.
- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
- Motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential.
