Essential & Primary Job Duties
Local Construction company looking to fill a mechanic position. We have a variety of Dump trucks, tractor trailers, light-duty trucks, trailers, CAT loaders, Bobcat skid loaders, snow blowers, etc.
Must be able to perform the following work:
· Small engine repair/maintenance
· Diesel engines repair/maintenance
· Repair brakes, axles, bearings, and tires
· Service, oil changes, greasing, fluid changes
· Trailer repair, electrical wiring
· Organizational skills (clean, safe, organized work area)
· Ability to keep maintenance records
· Must keep trucks DOT Compliant
· Perform annual DOT inspections
· Self-Motivated
· Fast paced work environment
· Positive Attitude
· Must have valid driver's license
Full Time position with over-time available, sometimes required.
