The Blue Valley Center for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS) is an innovative program that is provides junior and senior students hands-on, real world experiences that are aligned to high-growth, high-demand careers. Students combine rigor and relevance, in a 3-period, extended learning environment. Students are fully immersed in a professional culture, solving real world problems, using industry standard tools and are mentored by industry professionals.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Education/Certification: Math, Science and/or Industrial Technology license is a plus, but the successful candidate may take advantage of alternate licensure options (see http://www.ksde.org for more information). Real world engineering project experience is a plus.
