Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through the entire sales cycle. This is an exciting start up and fast paced environment. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. There is plenty of opportunity for growth. Experience in the event rental industry is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and market offerings.
- Assist customers with order placement, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using software tools.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with inside sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Experience in business development or technology sales is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using software applications for customer relationship management (CRM).
- Bilingual candidates who can communicate in Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
