Senior Health Practitioner
Please note: This position requires a minimum of one year of prior ARMHS experience as a Mental Health Practitioner (MHP). Applications without this experience will not be considered.
About the Role
Creative Crew Services is growing our team and looking for an experienced MHP who is passionate about quality mental health care and committed to making a real difference in clients' lives.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a Mental Health Professional, the MHP will provide client education, rehabilitative mental health services, functional and level-of-care assessments, skill-building services, treatment planning, and crisis assessment and intervention as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4,000 hours of experience serving individuals with mental illness, substance use disorder, TBI, or developmental disabilities
- At least one year of ARMHS experience as an MHP (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Pay
Starting rate of $25/hour for highly experienced candidates. We regularly provide wage increases based on individual performance with clients, so your pay can grow quickly as you demonstrate strong results.
