Overview
Lombardia is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a confidential data center client in an Owner’s Representative capacity. This role is responsible for providing independent schedule oversight, assurance, and strategic guidance across large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical scheduling expertise, critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review General Contractor schedules for program compliance, quality, and alignment with owner objectives and milestone requirement
- Identify schedule risks and opportunities, and proactively communicate impacts and mitigation strategies
- Perform detailed schedule analysis and provide reporting at both project and leadership level
- Review and assess Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and support delay evaluation processes
- Coordinate and integrate project schedules with owner activities and external stakeholders
- Develop and evaluate “what-if” scenarios to support new technologies, scope changes, and initiative cut-ins
- Support project teams with cash flow projections and schedule-driven cost analysis
Qualifications
- Experience in construction scheduling, preferably on data center or other mission-critical projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Solid understanding of critical path methodology, schedule logic, and delay analysis
- Experience reviewing contractor baseline and update schedules
- Ability to synthesize complex schedule data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
