Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview
People Source OKC is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver for a growing HVAC distributor. This position will assist with warehouse operations, operate a sit-down forklift, load delivery trucks, and make deliveries throughout Oklahoma. No CDL is required.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off and the ability to grow with a stable company.
Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move HVAC units and materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Prepare HVAC equipment and materials for customer orders
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory movement
- Make statewide deliveries to customers, including schools and commercial locations
- Provide professional customer service during deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Must be forklift certified (sit-down forklift experience required)
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check (no felony convictions due to customer requirements)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must meet all requirements for a safety-sensitive position
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle HVAC equipment and materials
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
