Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box truck, including manual transmission vehicles, on designated routes to deliver freight promptly and accurately.
- Load and unload cargo using proper manual handling techniques, ensuring the integrity of hazardous materials and dangerous goods in compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and hazardous materials regulations.
- Utilize GPS navigation systems to follow optimized routes, adjusting as needed for traffic or road conditions.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, checking for mechanical issues, safety equipment, and compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
- Maintain detailed delivery logs, delivery receipts, and shipment documentation in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries, provide updates, and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Ensure proper load securing on the Box Truck when applicable, adhering to safety standards for freight transportation.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (Non-CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating box trucks with manual transmission.
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving and route delivery within logistics or transportation sectors.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT requirements, hazardous materials regulations, and safety protocols for dangerous goods.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely during load & unload operations; using pallet jacks, securing loads via straps and load bars.
- Strong understanding of GPS navigation systems and route planning techniques for efficient deliveries.
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate a 26 ft truck (CDL ) / 3-4 weeks on the road (5 days at home)
Deliver freight nationwide from the East to the Mid-West
Requirements:
Valid Non-CDL license
Basic English communication skills
Current DOT medical card
Previous driving experience
Dependable, responsible, and safety-conscious
Compensation:
Earn 25%–30% of gross revenue, based on performance
Average weekly earnings: $1,500–$2,500
Weekly direct deposit
Additional Performance Bonuses:
Safe driving 1% - 3%
DOT Safety Check $200 - $500
