Care One is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for positions in Manistee, MI.
- Oaks Correctional Facility
- 600 - 2:30, occasional afternoon relief
- 2:00p - 10:30p, occasional day relief
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- $46.00/hr

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
- Thorough health assessments of inmates.
- Meticulous monitoring of health status changes, medication administration, and documentation.
- Swift response to medical emergencies until higher-level personnel arrive.
- Health education delivery to inmates to promote preventative care and healthy lifestyles.
- Collaboration with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Documentation of all interactions and interventions up-to-date in medical records (EMR) systems.
- Adherence to security protocols ensuring safety in healthcare delivery.
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
- Completion of a state-approved LPN program.
- Possession of state licensure as an LPN.
- Skilled in addressing diverse patient needs.
- Strong patient assessment, management, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Adaptable to changing organizational needs.
- BLS/CPR certified.
