Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Community Sales and Marketing professional to drive census efforts, enhance community visibility, and foster positive relationships within our property portfolio. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sales to attract prospective residents, and promote our community’s unique offerings. Your proactive approach and customer-focused mindset will ensure a vibrant, welcoming environment that meets both operational goals and resident satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in marketing, census building , and community engagement.
Duties
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase community visibility across various channels including digital platforms, signage, and local outreach.
- Conduct tours for prospective residents, highlighting features that meet their needs and preferences while selling our community.
- Conduct outreach presentations to several types of communities such as Independent living and Acute settings.
- Maintain accurate notes on planning and developing strategies to increase census.
- Build strong relationships with prospective tenants through excellent customer service, effective negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Assist with community events and outreach initiatives to foster resident engagement and retention.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, document management, conflict resolution, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Utilize customer relationship management tools to track leads, follow-ups, and resident interactions for continuous improvement of leasing strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in health care management sales and marketing, preferably within hospice or adult day care environments.
- Strong background in sales with demonstrated success with increasing census and reaching set monthly goals of admission.
- Familiarly with Medicaid and Private Pay residents.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict management capabilities.
- Office experience involving data entry, filing, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and general administrative support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Team centered person who understands the setting is a team approach in all areas, not just Sales and Marketing.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
