Job Title: Patient Coordinator OR Dental Assistant

Job Type: Full-time preferred; part-time considered
Great Care Dental is hiring a Mandarin-speaking Patient Coordinator / Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow into additional clinical and office management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional environment
- Schedule appointments and help manage the daily schedule
- Answer phone calls and communicate with patients
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate with insurance companies
- Assist patients with questions about treatment, scheduling, and coverage
- Take on additional management responsibilities over time, with compensation to match
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning dental software
- Able to commute to San Jose, CA 95112
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare setting
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Dental assisting or front-office experience is preferred but not required
