The Detailer Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $17.00.
The Automotive Detailer is responsible for the cleaning and appearance of new and used vehicles both inside and out. This includes washing, waxing, vacuuming, and preparing vehicles for display, test drives, and customer delivery. The Detailer ensures a high-quality appearance that reflects the dealership's commitment to excellence.
Clean interior and exterior of vehicles using cleaning equipment and chemicals
Wash, wax, buff, and vacuum vehicles
Shampoo carpets and upholstery, clean windows, and remove stains
Apply protective finishes to the exteriors and interiors of vehicles
Maintain cleanliness of the detail bay and supplies
Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
Report any vehicle damage or defects found during the detailing process
Maintain an organized inventory of detailing products and tools
Follow all safety and environmental regulations
