Windom Security is seeking highly capable Armed Security Professionals to safeguard high-profile communities. We’re looking for individuals with strong situational awareness, a calm presence, and a commitment to excellence in safety and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional, commanding presence to deter threats and foster a safe environment
- Conduct proactive patrols, perimeter checks, and risk assessments
- Monitor surveillance systems and manage access control
- Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and service calls
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed daily logs
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, guests, and stakeholders
- Uphold confidentiality, sound judgment, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Prior military, law enforcement, or a minimum of 2+ years of armed/professional security experience
- Strong situational awareness and ability to remain composed under pressure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct
- Required: Valid Arizona Armed Guard Card and Driver’s License
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
