We're hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist immediately, with a caseload tailored to your location in the greater Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and Centennial areas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct in-home evaluations and build individualized plans of care
- Write clinical notes, progress reports, and required documentation
- Adjust treatment plans and collaborate directly with physicians
- Coordinate with teammates to deliver seamless patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home programs and safe equipment use
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Completed PT program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Comfort with tablets and electronic documentation (training provided)
