Responsibilities
Monitor and oversee pipeline construction crews on:
New pipeline construction
Pipeline maintenance
Pipeline abandonment projects
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture.
Conduct daily jobsite inspections and ensure compliance with company and customer safety requirements.
Complete accurate daily reports, documentation, and production tracking.
Coordinate with foremen, superintendents, inspectors, and customers to keep projects on schedule.
Verify quality of work and assist with troubleshooting field issues as they arise.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Previous pipeline construction experience required.
Experience overseeing field crews is preferred.
Strong knowledge of pipeline construction methods, safety practices, and right-of-way operations.
Ability to read construction drawings and communicate effectively with crews and customers.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel to project locations and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience).
Higher pay available for candidates with additional pipeline construction and supervisory experience.
Typical work schedule is 50–60 hours per week, depending on project requirements.
