We’re looking for someone excited to grow with us. Someone who’s not only willing to learn the art of tech repair but also thrives on helping others, solving problems, and confidently making product recommendations. Sales and customer service are key here. Your ability to connect with customers, guide them to the right solutions, and create positive experiences is just as important as your ability to turn a screwdriver.
Your Role Includes:
- Selling accessories, protection plans, and warranties
- Helping customers check in devices and understand services
- Getting great reviews by delivering amazing customer experiences
- Earning commission and bonuses based on your sales performance
- Learning to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of tech
