Responsible for setup, mold changes, troubleshooting, and optimizing injection molding machines to ensure quality, uptime, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and adjust machines and tooling

Perform mold changes and troubleshoot issues

Monitor production, quality, and efficiency

Make process improvements to reduce scrap and downtime

Complete basic maintenance and documentation
Qualifications
-
2+ years injection molding experience preferred

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of plastics processing

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
