As a Server, you are a key part of the guest experience, delivering friendly service and ensuring every visit meets expectations.
Position Summary
The Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service throughout the dining experience, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role works in a full-service restaurant environment while also supporting guests utilizing the salad bar.
This is a tipped, non-exempt position that interacts directly with guests and collaborates with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

As a Server, you will:

Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system

Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner

Guide guests on how to access and enjoy the salad bar experience

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns

Maintain knowledge of menu items, salad bar offerings, and promotions

Process payments accurately and efficiently

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bussers, and other team members

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards

Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
Pay Range: $3.35 per hour – $3.35 per hour
This position may receive tips in addition to base pay where applicable.
Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs. Compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage and tip laws.
This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws.

Physical Requirements

Work Environment
This role operates in a full-service restaurant environment with exposure to high guest volume, buffet and salad bar areas, and fast-paced service conditions. Team members are expected to follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
