Duties

Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling within a technology or B2B sales environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Cloud or similar platforms, for managing customer data and sales activities
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable, especially in technology solutions or software products
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and persuasive phone communication
- Demonstrated ability to adopt new sales technology tools and adapt to evolving sales automation processes
- Customer service orientation with a focus on consultative selling and client satisfaction
