Overview
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Journeyman Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and reliable service. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems while ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling a variety of service calls in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must hold an active Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License.
- Years of field experience in residential or light commercial service.
- Comfortable using tablets/apps for service tickets and explaining technical issues to homeowners.
- Valid driver’s license.
- EPA Section 608 certification
- Enjoy talking to people and solving their problems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather condition
Skills/Duties
- Perform high-level diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues.
- Provide customers with clear, honest options for repair vs. replacement.
- Ability to explain complex repairs to homeowners and offer "Good/Better/Best" replacement options.
- Maintaining professionalism and finding solutions during high-stress "No Heat/No Cool" emergency calls.
- Expertise in perform comprehensive seasonal tune-ups and safety inspections.
- Complete digital service tickets accurately, including photos, videos, and detailed notes on work performed.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes
