Salary: $50,000 - $52,000

- Perform high-volume B2B collections activities on outstanding customer accounts
- Make 10–15 collection calls per hour and document all interactions accurately in the company system
- Communicate professionally with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders regarding account status
- Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up on payment commitments
- Maintain accurate collection notes and account records
- Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
- 3+ years of B2B collections experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Basic Excel skills for data entry and note documentation
- Experience working with an ERP system preferred
