We're growing and looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help maintain apartment communities and commercial properties throughout the Bay Area.
Position Responsibilities
- General janitorial and cleaning services
- Apartment common area cleaning
- Porter services
- Property maintenance and upkeep
- Pressure washing
- Trash and debris removal
- Move-in/move-out unit preparation
- Light maintenance tasks
- Exterior property upkeep
We're Looking For People Who:
- Have a strong work ethic and take pride in their work
- Are dependable and punctual
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Have reliable transportation
- Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work
- Maintenance or janitorial experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidates
