Service Manager – HVAC | Grapevine, TX (DFW Area)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our HVAC service operations in Grapevine and the greater DFW region. You will drive operational excellence by managing scheduling, dispatch, technician coaching, and quality control, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily HVAC service department operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality assurance
- Coach, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians to enhance both technical expertise and customer communication skills
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and conduct one-on-one meetings to maintain team performance and accountability
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting assistance to field technicians, including after-hours responsiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to streamline operations and improve service delivery

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC service leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards
