Why Squid Squad?
This isn't a job where you show up, clock in, and forget about it on your drive home.
You'll work with the same swimmers week after week, watching a kid who was terrified of the water last month jump in with confidence today. You'll have parents pull you aside to tell you that you changed their child's relationship with the water, and maybe even saved their life. That's not an exaggeration. The skills you teach stick with these kids forever.
We invest in our instructors from day one. You'll go through full paid training and receive ongoing coaching so you're never thrown in the deep end without support (pun intended). Your schedule stays consistent and predictable week to week, so this role actually fits around your life, not the other way around.
And here's the bigger picture: Squid Squad is opening its own dedicated facility in 2027! We're not just hiring instructors, we're building a team! The people who grow with us now are the people we want leading the way when we open our doors next spring!
