Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify process improvements and assist with special projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle,, or similar)
- CPA or CPA-track is a plus
