Role Overview:
BEPC is seeking an Operator I to support manufacturing operations for a client in Temecula, CA. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow policies and procedures in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow established manufacturing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform production tasks using hand tools and basic equipment.
- Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Use basic desktop computer skills to enter, navigate, and review information.
- Read, write, interpret work instructions, and perform basic math.
- Maintain quality standards and support team-based production goals.
- Perform physical activities including sitting, walking, standing, crawling, squatting, climbing, twisting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience required; medical manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to pass an eye exam and color vision test.
- Ability to read, write, interpret information, and perform basic math.
- Basic computer navigation and desktop computer skills.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit, walk, and stand for up to 10 hours per day.
- Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
- Must possess required visual acuity for production work.
