Label Manufacture located in Riverside is looking for an experienced /Customer Service /inside sales Associate to join our team! . Must be organized, detailed, creative and a self-starter with prior sign or print shop experience.
JOB TYPE:
- OFFICE Hours: Monday-Friday (8am-4pm)
- Current Hours are (Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm 40 hours a week)
- Position will require reporting to On-Site, Professional business attire dress code
RESPONSIBILITIES NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assist walk-in customers and answer phones in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Work with customers from start to finish. Recommend products to customers, provide quotes, enter new orders, gather design project information and utilize point of sale system to process payments.
- , excel ,word , quickbooks .
- Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed or directed by client.
- Respond to feedback in a timely manner. Work within tight deadlines.
- Set-up Print Ready Files for production. (Pre-Press)
- Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times.
- Follow up on quotes and leads to help convert opportunities into sales
- identify customer needs and recommend label products and solutions
- utilize Microsoft excel , word , outlook and quickbooks
- prepare job files and assist with pre-press and production setup
- maintain a clean , organized, and professional office environment
- generate new business opportunities through daily outbound cold calling and prospecting
QUALIFICATIONS:
must be comfortable making outbound cold calls and actively prospecting for new business opportunities
- Creativity skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual/Biliterate (English/ Spanish) preferred .
- Must have excellent grammar skills.
- Must be a Team player and be able to work with little supervision.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with excellent organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
- Sign/Print Industry experience (3+ years preferred).
- Work authorization: United States (Required)
