Experienced Automotive F&I Manager Wanted
Utah Truck Country is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to take ownership of our finance department. This is a single-point F&I position, giving you complete control of the finance office while working alongside an established sales team averaging 35 retail deals per month.

Responsibilities
- Manage all dealership Finance & Insurance operations
- Present finance, lease, warranty, GAP, service contracts, and protection products
- Structure and submit deals to multiple lending institutions
- Maximize finance income while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain lender relationships and secure competitive financing options
- Ensure all transactions comply with state, federal, and lender requirements
- Prepare accurate finance paperwork and funding packages
- Maintain strong compliance standards and deal accuracy
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager experience required
- Automotive dealership experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and indirect financing
- Experience with menu selling and aftermarket products
- Proven record of maximizing finance income and product penetration
- Excellent closing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage the entire finance department
