Job Purpose:
- The Project Superintendent - I&E at MACH ENERGY SERVICES LLC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of instrumentation and electrical projects. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of instrumentation and electrical projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
