We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. This role is essential in delivering high-quality food service and ensuring that all dietary needs are met with precision and care. Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Plan menus that accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences.

- Assist in catering events, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Demonstrate strong knife skills for food preparation tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
- Background in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and serving within a restaurant or catering environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in fine dining settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create appealing meals that meet nutritional standards.
