About the Role
As a Sample Management Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients by ensuring their valuable samples are received, stored, monitored and managed safely and accurately throughout their lifecycle.
Working within a regulated environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining sample integrity, supporting stability studies and ensuring accurate documentation and traceability at all times.
No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Quality and Commercial teams to deliver an exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming customer samples.
- Store and manage samples within controlled temperature environments.
- Retrieve samples at scheduled time points for testing or dispatch.
- Prepare samples for shipment and client returns.
- Maintain accurate records using electronic systems, including LIMS and QMS.
- Carry out routine environmental monitoring of storage areas.
- Report any deviations or equipment issues in line with company procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer programmes.
- Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping and regulatory compliance.

Desirable Experience
Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:
- Sample management
- Biorepository or biobanking
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology
- Laboratory or scientific services
- Warehousing or logistics within a regulated environment
- GMP, GLP or GxP environments
- LIMS or Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Additional Information
This role involves working within controlled temperature environments and may require manual handling.
Participation in an on-call rota for evenings, weekends and holidays may be required, with additional compensation provided in accordance with company policy.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
