Delivery company contracting with FedEx is accepting applications for full-time, permanent Package Delivery Drivers. Routes are mostly rural with small towns. Most routes are delivered out of cargo vans.
This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves lifting, lowering, and carrying packages typically weighing 10-25 lbs but can weigh up to 150 lbs. Must be 21 years of age. Two wheel cart available. A DOT physical is required along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Delivery driver must have excellent customer service and driving skills. Must be safety conscious. Ability to read/interpret map via iPad/GPS systems, manage time and work in Minnesota weather conditions.
Previous commercial driving experience within the last seven years, including deliveries with personal vehicle is helpful. Proven customer service skills. Seeking team players with positive attitude and strong work ethics. Uniforms provided. All delivery trucks (step van, cargo van, box truck, etc) have automatic transmissions.
