Job Summary
VFM is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fence Installer Foreman to lead and oversee fence installation projects specializing in Vinyl and Aluminum products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation crews, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of fence installation, and the ability to coordinate multiple aspects of construction projects on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of fence installation crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project specifications.
- Lead the installation of Vinyl and Aluminum fences, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to accurately execute projects.
- Manage materials procurement, inventory, and proper usage on-site to minimize waste.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues that arise during installation to maintain project schedules.
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
Skills
- Proven experience in fence installation, particularly with Vinyl and Aluminum products.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing construction or installation crews.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans accurately.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites and fencing projects.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
