Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, managing accounts, identifying client needs, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct account reviews and identify opportunities to better serve clients
- Educate clients on available products and services
- Manage client communications and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Meet performance goals and activity expectations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
