We're a busy, fast-paced veterinary practice looking for a compassionate, energetic Veterinary Receptionist who enjoys helping others, thrives in an active environment, and wants to grow professionally. What You'll Do
As the first smile our clients see and the voice they hear on the phone, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
- Schedule appointments and answer phones efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Check patients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Assist with inventory and stocking clinic supplies.
- Learn basic veterinary assistant duties such as obtaining patient weights, assisting with client communication, medication instructions, and post-operative care under the guidance of our medical team.
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Support the team wherever needed to provide the highest level of care for every patient.
- Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a medical, dental, or veterinary setting.
- Veterinary terminology is a plus, but we're happy to teach the right candidate.
- Experience with appointment scheduling and electronic medical records is preferred.
- Comfortable learning new software and clinic procedures.
- Reliable transportation.
