Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Construction of high quality FE meshes and models of complete body , Closures & chassis subsystems and components.
- Conduct non-linear ABAQUS FE solutions for fatigue and strength evaluation.Strong interpersonal & communication skills are highly desirable
- Experience range 5-7 Years with strong know of Abaqus software
- Strong model building skills using Ansa /Hyper mesh.
- Strong Experience in BIW,closures & suspension
- Conduct nCode fatigue post-processing to evaluate fatigue life.
- Clear, confident presentation and documentation of engineering conclusions.
- Lead research activities to develop new and improve existing CAE methods.
- Occasional test validation and investigations related to FE models and test requirements.
- When performance concerns arise from CAE validation, the candidate will be responsible for developing appropriate countermeasure plans and work closely with design departments for implementation.
Qualification:
- BS Degree or ME in Mechanical
