Sales Associate (part-time/ full-time)

Sales Associate Position Summary:

Sales Associates are responsible for product sales, range safety, and customer education while maintaining a professional and clean workplace.

Minimum Requirements

· Must be at least 21 years of age

· Must pass a background screening

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

· Must be able to lift 20 pounds repeatedly and 21-50 pounds intermittently

· Must be able to demonstrate safe firearms handling

· Must be willing to operate the range as Range Safety Officer (RSO)

Sales Associate Responsibilities

· Greeting and interacting with customers, developing trust and rapport to provide the best customer service possible

· Offer impartial advice and guidance based on the customer’s specific needs

· Assist with keeping display shelves stocked with merchandise

· Efficiently communicate both with customers and employees

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Schedules and Shifts

· Part-time and full-time positions available

· Minimum of three shifts per week including one weekend shift
