SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for managing key customer contacts and maintaining a long term relationship with accounts.

You will act as the key interface between the key customers and all internal teams.

Develop trust relationships with major customers to ensure their confidence

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Understand how to deliver bad news and a recovery plan
-
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics

Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices
Qualifications:

Bachelor‘s Degree and/or 3-5 years of customer support experience

Experience in Account Management and display a positive attitude.

Strong account management and relationship building skills
-
Experience in managing major national accounts.

System proficiency, especially in Excel, and have the ability to learn in-depth internal software programs
