Position Details
- Role: 1:1 Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) – Night, Day and weekend shifts
- Shift: Seeking 10 and 12- hour shifts
- Auburndale: weekend night shift available
Your Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, individualized care in a 1:1 setting
- Monitor health and follow physician-directed care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers
- Document care accurately and report timely updates
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license (Florida or compact/multi-state)
- 1+ year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience
- Pediatric nursing
- G-tube, trach, or ventilator care
Required Credentials (at application)
- Active professional license
- Driver’s license & Social Security card
- Current CPR (AHA or ARC only)
- Physical exam (within 6 months)
- TB test (within 12 months)
Compensation
- LPN: $25 – $30/hour
- RN: $30 – $35/hour
