Weikert Ford Elba LLC is seeking a Certified Ford Mechanic / Automotive Technician to join our service department in Elba, Alabama. We are looking for a motivated and experienced technician who is committed to providing exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles and other makes as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, alignments, and vehicle inspections.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical concerns.
- Complete repair orders and warranty documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Follow Ford service procedures, safety standards, and dealership policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely completion of work.
Qualifications
- Current Ford certification preferred.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to operate diagnostic and repair equipment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
