Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Bremerton, WA 98310
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shift
Hours: 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week, with expectation of up to 40 hours

Job Summary
We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Bremerton, WA. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide quality therapy services.
Requirements
- Active Washington Physical Therapist license
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- New graduates are not accepted
- First-time travelers are welcome
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to manage a busy outpatient caseload
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments
- Monitor patient progress and update plans as needed
- Educate patients on exercises and home programs
- Complete required documentation
- Treat approximately 12–14 patients per day
- Productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
Additional Details
- Overtime after 40 hours/week based on applicable multiplier
- Daily OT after 24 hours based on applicable multiplier
- OT must be approved by the Director in advance
- No floating to other clinics
- PTA candidates are not accepted
- 50-mile radius rule applies to local candidates
