In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our membership base, managing member relationships, and leveraging sales and marketing techniques to maximize retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manage existing member accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective members to highlight benefits and features effectively
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, monitor pipeline progress, and analyze sales performance
- Negotiate membership terms with potential clients, closing deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that attract new members and retain current ones
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions within CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy for reporting purposes
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales environments with a focus on territory or account management
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar sales management systems
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals effectively in a direct sales setting
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, prospecting, and networking strategies
- Experience with remote (virtual) sales environments including inside sales techniques
- Ability to deliver compelling product demos and conduct upselling opportunities confidently
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships and understanding client needs
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making
- Familiarity with retail or technology sales environments is a plus
- Strong communication skills for engaging diverse audiences across various channels
