We’re looking for a full-time, experienced Property Manager. You must communicate clearly with clients and your fellow team members and be adept at getting others to cooperate. Naturally attentive to details, this candidate is a fast learner and loves to identify potential risks while working in a fun, fast-paced, collaborative environment.

On any given day, you will:
- Meet with tenants to conduct move-in orientations
- Thoroughly document the condition of homes at the time of move-in and move-out
- Ensure homes are move-in-ready by scheduling and coordinating needed work with vendors on tight deadlines.
- Determine responsibility for property repairs and compassionately communicate expectations to tenants and owners.
- Utilize strong emotional intelligence to resolve conflict graciously.

- Salary: $55,000-65,000, depending on portfolio revenue

Location:
You’ll work from our gorgeous, state-of-the-art office in Lithia, Florida, and travel to meet with residents and owners across the Tampa Bay area.
Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
College Degree (preferred)
2+ years of single family residential (required) or multi-family Property Management experience
Must be comfortable with technology; PC, iPad, Gmail, type quickly and learn new software applications.
